Millerbernd Laser has the equipment and experience to meet all of your vertical machining and lathing needs. As a 9001-2008 ISO Certified machine shop, we remain current with technology and quality control processes.

Whether you are running prototypes or production, small parts or large, simple drilled holes or complex parts, we have vertical mill capabilities to 23" x 52" (X = 50", Y = 26", Z = 25"). The combination of experienced operators and well maintained CNC vertical mills, lathes, indexers, saws and other finishing equipment all contribute to exceptional productivity, which in turn results in lower costs to our customers. We are best known for our close tolerance part manufacturing consistently repeatable to +/- .001 accuracy.

In addition to using the latest precision machining equipment, we have large secondary finishing operation which includes drilling, tapping, deburring, honing and assembly during the CNC cycle times on the nearby drill press banks and assembly stations maintaining our regional leadership a a single source supplier. Our ability to fabricate a simple or complex part with minimal amount touch points provides our customers with ISO quality output, on-time delivery and at competitive prices.
